A list of kitchen gadgets/tools we find useful in our everyday paleo adventures
{Besides the basics. You WILL cook EVERY meal}:
  • Food Processor: {any size works} Can't live without one of these! We use it for everything from making fresh salsa to making cauliflower "rice." (Buy One) 
  • Mandoline Slicer: These are great for quick slicing your onions, tomatoes, any veggie really. I don't know about you, but I like mine sliced pretty darn thin. (Buy One)
  • Julienne Peeler: Perfect for making zucchini "noodles." (Buy One)
  • Spiral Vegetable Cutter: My new favorite tool for zucchini "noodles"...I like it more than the Julienne Peeler (above). (Buy One)
  • GOOD blender: We use the Ninja. But, hear the Vitamix is pretty awesome too! (Buy One) 
  • Trusty Crockpot: Perfect for cooking up a big batch of shredded chicken for the week, or great to use if you just want to be lazy. (Buy One)
